Welcome to FrontFour Technologies. By accessing our website (frontfourtechnologies.com) or engaging our software engineering and web development services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Service Scope & Milestones

FrontFour Technologies provides custom software, web development, SaaS architecture, and digital transformation services. All deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements are defined within individual project agreements or statements of work (SOW) executed between the client and FrontFour Technologies.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate contract:

• Client Ownership: Upon full project payment completion, final custom source code, assets, and design deliverables belong exclusively to the client.
• Agency Assets: FrontFour Technologies retains ownership over pre-existing core libraries, frameworks, proprietary tools, and reusable modular code bases created prior to or outside the scope of the agreement.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

Project initiation requires an agreed upfront deposit (typically 50%). Final deployment, source code transfer, or production server handover occurs upon receipt of the remaining balance. Deposits are non-refundable once design or architectural work has officially commenced.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing required branding materials, assets, text content, and timely feedback/approvals. Project timelines may be extended if delays occur due to pending approvals or assets from the client's side.

5. Warranty & Maintenance

All development packages include a complimentary 30-day bug-fix guarantee post-launch to address any execution defects within the original scope. Third-party API changes, server migration issues, or custom modifications made by external developers post-launch are not covered under warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

FrontFour Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from server downtimes, third-party service outages, cyber attacks, or improper client misuse of final software deliverables.
